The firm’s Managing Partner, Jonathan Shiff, made aliya from Canada in 1989.
Jonathan serves as lead counsel for many of the firm’s clients in a number of fields (particularly real estate, corporate and non-profit law and regulations, commercial negotiations and overall management consulting) as well as handling real estate and urban renewal transactions (including the attendant tax, regulatory and planning and zoning issues), corporate transactions and lawsuits, estate planning and philanthropy.
Jonathan is the Chair of the Himmelfarb High School in Jerusalem and of the Dr. Elie and Batya Borowski Foundation, serves as a member of the board of the Bible Lands Museum in Jerusalem and volunteers in an organization providing shelter for homeless youths.
