Tzaly has been practicing law since 1979. He worked in the New York offices of Chadbourne and Parke, and is a member of the bars of both Israel and New York State.

Tzaly has more than three decades of experience in the practice of corporate and commercial law, including the negotiations and implementation of complex real estate transactions with the accompanying expertise in real estate, tax and zoning, as well as corporate management, regulation and transactions, Tzaly has extensive courtroom experience in both commercial litigation and public law, such as various petitions to the Supreme Court in the fields of civil rights and international law.

Tzaly is also the CEO of Arledan Investments Ltd., a real estate development and investment company which is also the owner of the Keter Publishing House and of Telsys, Israel’s largest importer of components for the local high tech industry.Tzaly also serves as the Chairman of the Board of the Keter Publishing House, and is a director in Telsys.

He was one of the founders of the Peace Now movement, and served in the 15th Knesset as a representative of the Labor Party.

Education:

Tzaly recieved his LLB from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and his LLM from Harvard University.

Bar Membership:

Tzaly was called to the bar in Israel in 1979. Tzaly is also a member of the New York State Bar Association since 1980.

Languages:

Tzaly speaks both Hebrew and English.
