Yifat joined the firm in 2007, and has experience in the areas of real estate law, civil – commercial law and employment law.

Yifat provides advice on an ongoing basis to various organizations (companies, partnerships, NGO’s, etc.) on a wide range of subjects, with a special emphasis on employment law, such as recruitment of employees, organizational changes, accompanying organizational rehabilitation, human resources policies, equality in the work place, employment terms, prevention of harassment in the work place, termination of the employment relationship, and more. Advice and assistance go beyond the dry letter of employment law, taking into account the commercial and/or organizational needs of the employer. Yifat provides opinions and advice to both employers and employees, represents the clients in negotiations and preparation of contracts, etc.

Yifat’s broad experience in analyzing the client’s needs, conducting negotiations and preventing unnecessary litigation is highly valued, but where needed she represents both employers and workers in employment disputes, including in various labor courts and other instances.

Yifat also has a wealth of experience in both personal and commercial real estate transactions, from the negotiations through to contract and implementation of the transaction.

Education:

Yifat recieved her LLB from Bar Ilan University in 2001.

Bar Membership:

Yifat was called to the bar in 2002.
